Jeff Davis has been with Google since 2008, and is responsible for cultivating relationships between our large enterprise customers and our product, sales, and support organizations. This includes managing our Customer Advisory Board, developing technical content and prototypes for our administrator community, speaking at conferences, and writing for our blogs. Prior to Google, Jeff helped hundreds of enterprises build and manage their IT infrastructures. He co-designed and implemented Pacific Bell’s 35,000 seat Windows Server infrastructure and managed a consulting company offering outsourced IT to tech startups throughout the Silicon Valley. He’s authored Windows administration seminars delivered to more than 10,000 IT professionals worldwide, and has spent many hours with IT administrators diving deep into the mechanics of automated management and security. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from U.C. Davis and an M.B.A from Duke University. As senior director of information technology (IT) services for Visteon Corporation, David Pawlak is responsible for the company’s global IT strategy, application architecture, infrastructure, networking and operations. Pawlak also leads the implementation of information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) processes. Pawlak has nearly 30 years of experience in information technology and management information systems. Prior to his current position, Pawlak led Visteon’s global IT architecture and operations including, end-user computing (EUC), servers and IT risk and compliance management. In this role, he led efforts to transform the organization from a single-sourced to a multi-sourced outsourcing model, delivering significant cost savings and operating efficiencies to the company. He also spent more than two years in China, leading all IT activities and initiatives for Visteon in Asia Pacific. Before joining Visteon, Pawlak worked for Ford Motor Co., Great Lakes Steel and Detroit Edison. At Ford, Pawlak held various positions of increasing responsibility to define IT processes and standards to support manufacturing systems. At Great Lakes Steel, he worked as a consultant to install the company’s IT infrastructure and software; and at Detroit Edison, Pawlak was responsible for maintaining the plant maintenance system and fuel load processing at the Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant in Newport, Mich. Pawlak has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University. Vice President, Enterprise Application Development, Chris Demery is responsible for all technology initiatives that support or serve internal users throughout the Domino’s Pizza enterprise – a network that comprises nearly 5000 domestic stores, 1600 International stores, and over one hundred thousand corporate and franchise end-users. He’s also responsible for integrating internal technologies with customer-facing applications, such as online ordering and in-store sales kiosks. In addition to Quick Service Retail (QSR) Enterprise applications, Chris has strong cross-industry business expertise in the software engineering, process improvement, project management, six-sigma, training development, and computer programming in both government organizations and the commercial sector. Along with his current application development responsibilities at Domino’s, Chris is leading a team to determine how to effectively use enterprise collaboration and technology to drive business initiatives. He’s coupling enterprise social networking tools – open-source portals, forums, wikis, blogs, and interactive learning – with proprietary Point-of-Sale (POS) technologies. Thus, linking widely dispersed store-level employees together to incentivize friendly competition, knowledge-sharing, community-building, and ultimately, to increase sales and profit. Len Couture leads the cloud computing initiatives for clients within the Bluewolf family. A published thought leader, he has more than 20 years experience leading enterprise Information Technology Organizations through their evolution from technology to information centric models. He is a past winner of the IW 500 for thought leadership and has sat on many IT advisory boards helping firms assemble strategies for future growth. Prior to joining Bluewolf, Mr. Couture held CIO positions in the Healthcare, Manufacturing and Telecom industries. He holds an MBA from SNHU and BS degrees in Management and International Finance from Franklin Pierce College. He lives in NH with his wife and three children. Tim McCormick grew up in Clarkston, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in communication. He spent ten seasons in the NBA as a player. He was drafted by Cleveland with the #12 pick in the 1984 draft and was traded to Washington and then Seattle. Tim played for the Seattle Supersonics, Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Nets, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, and New York Knicks. Tim has worked for the National Basketball Players Association for the last eighteen years as the Regional Director of Player Programs. He is also the director of the NBA Players Association’s TOP 100 Basketball Camp for the elite 100 high school players in the nation. Tim provides color analysis as a broadcaster for the ESPN Network. He is currently in his seventeenth year of broadcasting. Tim has also worked extensively for the Big Ten Network, Versus and ABC Sports. In addition, he provides corporate motivational speeches, key-note addresses and business seminars throughout the country with “Never Be Average” and “Pro-Style Leadership” as his featured programs. |
