Beverly Lieberman is President of Halbrecht Lieberman Associates, Inc., an internationally recognized executive search firm founded in 1957. Halbrecht Lieberman Associates provides retained executive search services across multiple industries while specializing in information technology.
Ms. Lieberman joined Halbrecht Associates in 1986 and became the owner in 1991. She has successfully managed searches for communications, healthcare, high technology, management consulting, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, retail companies and academic institutions. While Ms. Lieberman's experience encompasses a wide range of business disciplines, her noted strengths include recruiting senior management professionals in information services and advanced technologies.
Ms. Lieberman has a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Michigan and graduated from the prestigious M.I.T. Sloan School Executive Management Program.
Before joining Halbrecht Associates, Ms. Lieberman was a Human Resource executive with a Fortune 500 multinational conglomerate and a leading New England bank, where she managed major recruitment efforts for professional and senior level technical staff.
Ms. Lieberman is a speaker at professional societies and leading universities and is frequently quoted in major business and trade publications. Ms. Lieberman has been a featured writer for CIO magazine. She is also a longstanding member of the Society for Information Management and currently serves on the Board of Directors. In addition, Ms. Lieberman is a Board member of the University of Bridgeport's Center for Business Information Technologies (CBIT). She is also an active member of Women in Management.
In 1997, Ms. Lieberman was selected by Executive Recruiter News as one of the 50 leading retained search professionals. She is also recognized by John Sibbald's The Career Makers, as one of the nation's top recruiters.
Ms. Lieberman and her husband live in Westport, Connecticut and enjoy sailing and skiing in their spare time.

John Lieblang

Mr. Lieblang is a Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Valassis Inc. He is responsible for all Information Technology and Business Process Management efforts across the enterprise. Since joining Valassis in May 2005, he has lead major IT initiatives for Targeting, Order Management, Media Management, Financial, Marketing and Sales systems implementations. He has successfully led the integration of the IT division for Valassis, VRMS and ADVO with a focus on developing a world class IT solution delivery capability. Mr. Lieblang brought over 27 years of experience across numerous industries and technologies prior to joining Valassis. His experience includes global business process reengineering, systems development, product development, application maintenance, software package integration, infrastructure management and IT strategy. His diverse background has given him the practical experience to combine business process management, information technology, strategy and human resource development in a unique way to lead both simple and complex transformation efforts. He began his career with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for 11 years where he worked his way from an entry level position to a Supervisor and Lead Programmer Analyst position. He joined, Arthur Young in 1988 (which later became Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young) as a Sr. Consultant, where he achieved the level of Partner in 1995. In 2002 he joined LogicaCMG as a Sr. Vice President and Global Account Director. He currently is a member of the Business Information Technology Advisory Committee at Walsh College and is an active member of the Detroit Society of Information Management (SIM) and a member of the SIM events team.

Janet MacQueen

Janet P. MacQueen is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Blue Care Network of Michigan, the HMO subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan. Prior to moving from the Parent to BCN, she was a Division Information Officer and the Systems Development Officer for BCBSM.
Prior to joining the Blues in 1999, MacQueen was the owner and President of Healthcare Resources and Consultants and a Director at Health Alliance Plan.
Janet has indicated that BCN's IT area concentrates its efforts on integration of its various vendor partner's application software products, vendor management activities, data warehousing and information management. Considerable time is spent in monitoring and implementing the state, federal and NCQA system requirements affecting the HMO industry.
She holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University.
MacQueen was named the Detroit Woman of the Year in 1982 by the YWCA. She also is a frequent speaker at various professional meetings on topics such as leadership and IT management.

Stephen Pickett is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Penske Corporation, a closely-held diversified transportation services company which includes: Penske Truck Leasing Corporation; Penske Motor Group, Inc; Penske Automotive Group, Inc.; Penske Transportation Components, LLC; Transportation Resource Partners, LLC; Penske Performance, Inc.; Penske Racing, Inc.; Penske Racing South, Inc.; and Penske Motorsports, Inc. Prior to joining Penske Corporation, Pickett spent many years in the automobile industry with OEMs on two continents (American Motors, Volkswagen) and automotive suppliers in North America. He also held the position of President of SIM, is a member of their Advanced Practices Council and a member of the SIM Detroit board. Established in 1968, the Society for Information Management (SIM) is the premier network for IT leaders comprised of over 3,000 members, including CIOs, senior IT executives, prominent academicians, consultants, and other IT leaders. Alan F. Schultz is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Valassis. The company is a respected leader within the marketing services industry and is well known for its innovative promotional media properties. Under his leadership, Valassis increased its revenue by more than 40% from $762.2 million in 1998 to $1,043.5 in 2006.
In 2007 Schultz led the company through a $1.2 billion acquisition and integration of ADVO, Inc., the nation's leading direct mail media company. The combined company is projected to exceed $2 billion in annual revenue and has 7,000 employee associates in 29 states and nine countries.
Valassis has received more than 30 awards for excellence in quality, innovation, business ethics and employee life-balance practices. Dr. Mohan Tanniru

Dr. Mohan Tanniru is the Dean of the School of Business Administration and Professor of MIS at Oakland University. He received Ph.D. in MIS from Northwestern University and taught at University of WI-Madison, Syracuse University, Oakland University and U of Arizona, prior to re-joining Oakland University. He was the director of Applied Technology in Business Program at Oakland University and the department head of MIS at the University of Arizona. He coordinated over 300 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral projects with companies such as Intel, Honeywell, GM, DaimlerChrysler, EDS, Lear, Comerica, Compuware, Carrier-UTC, Bristly Myers Squibb, and MONY over the last 20 years. He also published over 90 refereed journal articles in various journals, books and conference proceedings, and has presented at various national and international conferences. He is a member of ACM and AIS organizations.

Mr. Douglas R. Wiescinski, a Partner in Plante & Moran and the Technology Consulting & Solutions practice, has more than twenty years experience in information technology. Mr. Wiescinski's background includes systems design and development, technology planning, technology selection and contract negotiations. He serves a diversity of clientele in providing strategic technical assistance in initiatives such as business process redesign, outsourcing analysis, client/server migration, network planning and integration. He has assisted several clients in the assessment and tactical planning for emerging technologies such as electronic data interchange (EDI), imaging, bar coding, e-Commerce, and data warehousing. Mr. Wiescinski is a member of the Society For Information Management (SIM), the Association for Systems Management (ASM), and a Board member of Automation Alley. Prior to joining Plante & Moran, Mr. Wiescinski was in charge of the business systems consulting services for Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) in western Michigan. Mr. Wiescinski holds a BS degree in Management Information Systems from Ferris State University. In addition, he is a Certified Systems Professional (CSP).
